We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Assurance Manager to join our team at L&Q. As a key member of our organization, you will play a significant role in ensuring a robust approach to risk, controls, and assurance that informs business decision-making across the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the group-wide approach to risk and assurance.
- Lead the development of internal controls reporting, enabling robust, data-informed reporting through the L&Q governance structure on our risk profile and controls.
- Work with leaders and colleagues across the Group to support them in ensuring good understanding of the risks relative to their portfolio, assessing those, and identifying suitable controls that are operationally workable and effective in mitigating the risks.
- Play a leading role in guiding the business on how best to apply risk appetites in business decision-making, working to ensure they remain a core part of enabling risk-informed decisions.
