Residential Manager/Social Work Manager

Your Role

As Residential Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing effective safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being and safety of children and families
  • Providing team supervision and mentorship to support staff in achieving best outcomes
  • Empowering and motivating staff to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Supporting and promoting family life through effective assessment and intervention
  • Conducting parenting assessments to inform care planning and decision-making
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work
  • Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings
  • Strong parenting assessment knowledge and skills
  • Management/leadership experience or a willingness to be trained
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
