Your RoleAs Residential Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing effective safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being and safety of children and families
- Providing team supervision and mentorship to support staff in achieving best outcomes
- Empowering and motivating staff to deliver exceptional care and support
- Supporting and promoting family life through effective assessment and intervention
- Conducting parenting assessments to inform care planning and decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work
- Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings
- Strong parenting assessment knowledge and skills
- Management/leadership experience or a willingness to be trained
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
