Connex Education is seeking candidates interested in administrative roles within educational settings. We are collaborating with a prominent mainstream primary institution in the local area that requires an office coordinator to assist with various administrative tasks.
This position is expected to last for a significant period, with the potential for a longer-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations within the educational environment.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff, students, and parents.
- Utilize school management software efficiently.
- Maintain a structured and organized workspace.
- Experience with educational software such as SIMS, BROMCOM, and ARBOR is preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and other ICT tools.
- Contribute positively to the school community and team dynamics.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in school administration, whether in primary or secondary education.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to adapt to the school's values and culture.
- Availability during specified hours throughout the week.
All candidates must possess a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to undergo a new DBS application process through Connex Education.
