Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to work within a SEN School in the borough of Morden.

About the Role:
  • Support students during lesson time and social time, helping them with their schoolwork and achieving individual goals.
  • Deliver lifeskills lessons to students with SEMH, Autism, and Challenging behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with the school team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEND students.
  • Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification.
  • Experience in a UK school setting.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours and have patience to understand and support students.
  • Safeguarding qualification or willingness to complete a course provided by our company.
  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply for one through us.
  • Local to the area or able to commute.
