Investment Banking Senior Associate

The Investment Banking Senior Associate plays a crucial role in assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of Citi's Investment Banking business activities, including financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and providing strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trading, and research, to deliver high-quality client solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Relevant work experience in investment banking, financial markets, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Series 79 and 63 licenses required.
