We are partnering with a reputable charity organisation in West Yorkshire to recruit a Workforce EDI & Culture Lead on a temporary three-month contract. The day rate is negotiable based on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Launch a comprehensive staff survey focused on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and organisational culture using the Edgecome platform
* Coordinate the survey launch process, taking a leadership role and engaging with staff to encourage participation
* Collaborate with senior management to review survey results, analyse data, and identify key trends
* Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Report and work with senior leaders to interpret the data
* Review the GDP EDI data report, ensure its completion, and oversee the launch of the final report
* Coordinate with culture champions to facilitate a supportive and inclusive environment for interns
