Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled wine professional to assist the Head Sommelier in creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of wine, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of wine lists and menus
  • Provide exceptional wine service to guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create wine pairing recommendations
  • Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for staff
  • Manage wine inventory and maintain a high level of wine knowledge

Requirements

  • WSET level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of wine and wine service
  • Previous experience in a similar role
