Michael Caines, one of Britain's most celebrated and best known Chef's opened the luxury country retreat Lympstone Manor in Devon in Spring 2017, gaining a Michelin star just six months after. The former private home has been transformed into a 27 bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors. Spring 2022 saw the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco. The menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients offering something for all and driven by quality.

We are looking for a Reservationist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the role that they perform. Proven experience in the use of hotel reservation systems and in similar hotels desirable.
