Michael Caines, one of Britain's most celebrated and best known Chef's opened the luxury country retreat Lympstone Manor in Devon in Spring 2017, gaining a Michelin star just six months after. The former private home has been transformed into a 27 bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors. Spring 2022 saw the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco. The menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients offering something for all and driven by quality.

We are looking for a Sommelier to join our Food and Beverage team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a Sommelier team in the UK with its own award winning Vineyard at our luxury 1 Michelin Star Country House Hotel, Lympstone Manor. The ideal candidate should have a real passion for delivering the highest levels of wine service helping to create a fantastic dining experience for our guests. Relevant studies and qualifications are necessary as well as proven previous experience in a similar establishment and level.
