Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform Customer Requirements: Utilize model-based design techniques and languages to dissect and understand customer requirements, disseminating them down into lower-level subsystem requirements and complex functional architectures.
  • Lead the Systems Design Team: Develop, build, and grow the Systems Design team and the people within it as the project develops, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Communicate Effectively: Convey technical information in a clear and understandable way to individuals at all levels of the project, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • System Engineering Tools: Experience with Systems engineering tools like DOORS/DOORS NG/Rhapsody is desirable.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Model-Based Design Techniques: Experience with model-based design techniques and languages (e.g., UML)
  • Passion for Innovation: Desire to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to individuals at all levels
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Tools: Familiarity with Systems engineering tools like DOORS/DOORS NG/Rhapsody
