We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our Systems Design team, responsible for transforming customer requirements into lower-level system architectures and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the Systems Design team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Lead the design of RF Seeker systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and technical information exchange.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop system architectures that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying knowledge to improve system design and development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £48,000, depending on experience.
  • A dynamic (hybrid) working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week on-site.
