As a Design Lead, you will gain a detailed understanding of RF Seeker design and build experience working with capable teams across all development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the Systems Design team and its members as the project progresses.
  • Apply model-based design techniques and languages to drive innovation.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to individuals at all levels of the project.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.
