The Clinical Educator will identify training needs, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for staff within their clinical area and the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a role model for best clinical practice and organizational values.
- Work alongside learners to facilitate their independent learning and professional development.
- Manage and prioritize education delivery to support staff and patient safety and experience.
- Contribute to an inter-professional learning environment and promote collaboration among staff.
- Deliver education programs at a divisional level and support organizational priorities.
- Participate in audit, service improvement, and research projects relevant to the clinical educator role.
