About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at King Alfred Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Conduct regular pool checks and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
