Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Conduct regular pool checks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of lifeguarding techniques and procedures
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent
