About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at King Alfred Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.

This is a casual opportunity, with hours available as and when needed. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Monitor the pool area and report any hazards or concerns to management
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a high level of customer service
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
