About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Engineering Support Manager to join our team at Brake Bros Limited. As a key member of our Fleet Engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and supporting the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for vehicle maintenance and safety.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality services and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to fleet operations teams to ensure efficient and effective fleet management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive fleet data and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with fleet operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fleet management and operations, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with fleet management software.
