Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at the White Hart Hotel in Exeter. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and pub business, working closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and excellence.
About the RoleAs Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will have previous experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a branded hotel, pub, or restaurant environment and possess a natural talent for leading and motivating others.

What You'll Need- Previous experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a branded hotel, pub, or restaurant environment

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
