Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at the White Hart Hotel in Exeter. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and pub business.
About the Role:
- Assist the General Manager in leading the hotel team and driving business growth.
- Develop and implement business plans to improve hotel performance and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure profitability.
