Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at the White Hart Hotel in Exeter. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and pub business, working closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and excellence.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact on the business. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and back-of-house functions
- Developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive excellence

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will have:
- Previous experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a branded hotel, pub, or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- A natural talent for leading and motivating others, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
