About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate School Cook to join our team at Mapesbury School, part of Kedleston Group Limited. As a School Cook, you will be responsible for leading our school kitchen and developing a food-led curriculum to educate our children about healthy eating and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a menu that meets the nutritional needs of our students
- Train and upskill a small team of kitchen staff
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate food education into the curriculum
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage kitchen operations and resources effectively
