About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Cook to join our team at Mapesbury School, part of Kedleston Group Limited. As a School Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our students, staff, and local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a menu that meets the nutritional needs of our students and staff
- Manage and train a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
- Collaborate with our education team to develop a food-led curriculum that promotes healthy eating and nutrition
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory
