About the Role

As our new Senior Commercial Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving growth across our global markets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans that align with our business objectives, leveraging your expertise in commercial implementation, strategy, and innovation to drive user engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive user engagement and revenue growth across our global markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and CEOs to execute plans and deliver results, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial performance and drive business improvement.

You'll have a strong understanding of commercial implementation, strategy, and innovation, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

  • Relevant experience in B2C commercial management, strategy, and business development.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of recruiting, building, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to inform commercial decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior industry executives and stakeholders.
