Role Responsibilities: As a Lead IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the esteemed reputation of our IT department by delivering exceptional customer service and proficient technical assistance.
In the initial weeks of your tenure, you will be expected to:
- Contribute to the ongoing assessment and enhancement of systems and processes aimed at boosting the quality and efficiency of support services provided by the IT department.
- Oversee the maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
- Offer guidance and hands-on training for all users regarding equipment and the latest versions of hardware and software.
Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you should possess prior experience in a comparable IT support role, with familiarity in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android within a corporate setting. Additionally, experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration is essential. A qualification in ITIL Foundation V4 is also required.
