Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our ever-growing presence across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality project and programme management support to our clients and internal teams.
  • Support the leadership of a multi-disciplinary professional team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Produce monthly reports, including project programmes, risk registers, and other relevant documentation.
  • Implement effective and efficient communication tools to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Contribute positively to the internal team, seeking opportunities to add value and improve processes.
  • Support the client relationship and service delivery on a commission or project basis, working closely with senior colleagues.
  • Assist with generating repeat business and developing new business opportunities, leveraging your technical project management knowledge and experience.
  • Deliver high-quality project support and outputs, demonstrating diligence, efficiency, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • A positive and innovative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical project management knowledge, demonstrating experience and aptitude in project coordination and delivery.
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation relevant to the UK construction industry.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal development, including chartership with a relevant professional body.
