About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social and Programmatic Specialist to join our team at PHD. As a key member of our Media Experience department, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Paid Social and Programmatic planning and activation across our client remit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate highly motivated and efficient teams to drive commercial results and ROI for clients.
  • Manage well-informed, knowledgeable, and highly driven clients to ensure activation performance and business performance targets are met.
  • Build trust and take ownership of client relationships at senior levels.
  • Support in developing the relationship with media partners to drive alpha/beta product agency selection and team adoption.
  • Develop strong partnership-based relationships with media partners to further agency growth and promotion.

About You

We are looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social & Programmatic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape and be able to develop and coordinate highly motivated and efficient teams.
