Are you passionate about empowering learners to achieve their full potential? We're seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Skills Coach at the University of Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with apprentices and their employers to review progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor progress against apprenticeship standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their line managers to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence.

What You'll Offer:

  • A proactive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills to support apprentices, the delivery team, and employers.
  • Excellent administration and digital skills, with a dedicated and flexible approach to working.
  • Experience in coaching approaches to help learners develop and apply knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the workplace.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of one of the following sectors to support apprentices: Quantity Surveyor and/or Construction Management.
