Digital Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our digital analytics capabilities and ensuring that our data-driven approach drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop our digital analytics team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement our digital analytics strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and drives business growth.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that our analytics capabilities are integrated into our marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain our data visualisation capabilities, using tools such as Power BI to provide insights and recommendations to our stakeholders.
  • Manage our SQL database, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital analytics trends and technologies, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle the latest challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong understanding of data visualisation and SQL.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
