Digital Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing 2 Digital Analysts and working closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and maintain a range of analytics tools, including Power BI, SQL, IBM, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong understanding of data visualization, SQL, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
