About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our digital analytics efforts and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of digital analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics projects
  • Develop and implement data visualisation strategies using Power BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product, and UX/UI, to drive business growth through data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and technologies, including IBM, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and its digital analytics needs
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to stakeholders on analytics-related matters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong background in data visualisation and SQL
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and technologies
