MSX International is in search of a skilled Automotive Training Specialist to become part of our dynamic team at a prestigious automotive academy. The primary focus of this role is to deliver a variety of engaging and informative training programs tailored for automotive technicians.

Role Overview

The position of Automotive Training Specialist presents a thrilling chance to contribute to a high-performing team.

Operating within state-of-the-art training facilities equipped with the latest technology, the Automotive Training Specialist will be tasked with delivering essential technical training programs to dealership technicians.

Leveraging your enthusiasm, technical expertise, and knowledge, the Automotive Training Specialist will:

Provide essential technical training programs, including electric vehicle training, to dealership technicians Create engaging, learner-centered training solutions in accordance with established methodologies Ensure all training delivery aligns with brand culture and standards Employ innovative digital technologies during remote learning sessions Assist in the development of training materials that are learner-focused and aligned with industry standards Modify European training materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses Manage all administrative tasks related to training delivery, including course rosters, briefings, and assessments

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an Automotive Training Specialist with a deep-rooted passion for the automotive sector.

Our ideal candidates will possess:

Senior Technician status (or higher) A proven history of meeting objectives A dynamic and engaging communication style that captivates all participants Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary learning and development theories, practices, and technological advancements A natural inclination and capability to coach and nurture others Preferably, an industry-recognized training accreditation and technical accomplishments An understanding of assessment tools and their relevance to learning and development Proficiency in MS Office applications is advantageous
