MSX International is in search of a skilled Automotive Training Specialist to become part of our dynamic team at the Nissan Academy. This role involves delivering a variety of engaging and informative training programs for Nissan Technicians.

Role Overview

The position of Automotive Training Specialist presents a thrilling chance to contribute to a high-performing team.

Operating within state-of-the-art training environments equipped with the latest technology, the Automotive Training Specialist will be tasked with delivering essential technical training programs to dealership technicians.

Utilizing your enthusiasm, technical expertise, and knowledge, the Automotive Training Specialist will:

Conduct essential technical training programs, including Electric Vehicle (EV) training, for dealership technicians Provide engaging, learner-centered training solutions that adhere to TAP methodology Ensure all training delivery aligns with Nissan's brand culture and standards Incorporate innovative digital technologies in the execution of remote learning sessions Assist in the development of training materials that are learner-focused and compliant with Nissan's requirements Modify European training materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses Manage all administrative tasks related to training delivery, such as maintaining course rosters, conducting pre-course and post-course briefings, and scoring assignments/tests

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an Automotive Training Specialist with a deep-rooted passion for the automotive sector.

Our ideal candidates will possess practical vocational skills and expertise, including:

Senior Technician status (or higher) A proven history of meeting objectives A dynamic and engaging communication style that maintains participant engagement Current knowledge of new and revised learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies, including technological advancements A natural inclination and ability to coach and develop others Preferably hold an industry-recognized training accreditation and technical qualifications An understanding of assessment tools and their relevance to learning and development Proficiency in MS Office applications is advantageous
