Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team in Bournemouth. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting all surfaces
- Scrubbing kitchen and toilets
- Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryer
- Disinfecting all high-touch points and ensuring outside areas are free from litter
- Detail work, including skirtings, sills, fixtures, and more
- Following group and company policies and procedures
- Back of House and Front of House management of areas
- Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided
- Cleaning experience
- Good attendance and timekeeping
- Good communication skills, including the use of radios
- Availability for occasional cover shifts
- 24/7 GP service for you and your immediate family
