Job Title: Team Leader, Children and Young People Service

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children and Young People Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people, in line with Ofsted regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  3. Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure the smooth running of the service.
  4. Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and family-like environment for our young people.
Requirements:
  1. You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
  2. You should have at least six months of experience in children's residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable.
