You will work closely with our Department Director and other team members to ensure the smooth administration of estates and the provision of excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with casework, including dealing with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases
* Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
* Deal with correspondence
* Maintain accurate time costing procedures
* Implement recommendations made by your supervisor
* Ensure compliance with file management

Requirements:

* Strong academic background with a Law degree
* Legal experience as a Wills and Probate Paralegal/Advisor
* Clear understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws
* Business acumen and the ability to market the Company
* Excellent communications skills to work effectively with all types of people
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills and ability to use own initiative but know when to seek guidance
* Committed team player, self-motivated and professional
* Excellent IT Skills - familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
