  • Lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Implement best practices to drive high levels of service to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Attend company events and contribute to the growth and development of the team
  • Prioritize work efficiently and effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines

**Requirements:

  • Fluent in German
  • Managerial or strong Customer Service experience
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
