We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Food Services Supervisor at King\u0027s College. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in catering and hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products
  • Ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements for the role include:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality (Food & Drink Service)
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: intermediate level preferred, basic level essential
  • Trained First Aider desirable, or willing to undertake necessary training as identified
  • Knowledge of food and presentation
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

The successful candidate will be a motivated and flexible individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
