Purchase Ledger Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team in Blackburn. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth processing of financial transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Support with statement and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Finance Manager to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a Purchase Ledger position
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable work ethic
