**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Square Peg Associates Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing and managing purchase ledger transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process and match purchase ledger invoices, ensuring accurate and efficient payment to suppliers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any invoice queries or discrepancies
* Identify and investigate any anomalies or discrepancies in purchase ledger transactions
* Accurately enter data into our bespoke in-house system
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including sales ledger and credit control duties as required
**Requirements**
* Experience in purchase ledger invoicing and financial transaction processing
* Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry and attention to detail
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong team player ethos
