Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and preparing meals
- Assist with administering medication and providing companionship
- Support clients with everyday living tasks, such as household chores and personal care
- Work collaboratively with our experienced Management Team to ensure the highest standards of care
- Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
- Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with clients and colleagues
- Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK
- Must be available to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
- Must be willing to work between the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift)
