Creating a positive first impression is essential. We are looking for an individual who can join our team and assist in welcoming our members and guests to the facility. It is crucial that you possess both confidence and empathy to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse range of individuals.
As a Guest Services Associate / Receptionist at our Fitness & Wellness Centre, you will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both in person and over the phone. You should be adaptable, driven, and exhibit a proactive attitude. Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Word and Excel, is also required.
As a member of the Guest Services Team / Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the efficient operation of our reception and café areas
- Assisting in fostering a welcoming, comfortable, and professional atmosphere
- Delivering exceptional and prompt customer service to all visitors
- Providing a warm greeting, addressing inquiries in a friendly and supportive manner, ensuring everyone feels appreciated
- Assisting the café team with the preparation and serving of fresh, nutritious food and beverages
