Receptionist (Full-time Opportunity)

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient services and providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and think critically in fast-paced environments. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive training program and a supportive team environment to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our practice
  • Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to administrative queries and requests from patients and clinicians
  • Process prescriptions and ensure timely communication with community pharmacies
  • Update patient records and maintain confidentiality
  • Liaise with other healthcare services and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using clinical software and other administrative systems
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
