We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service at all times. You will demonstrate adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, working effectively both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all post-visit feedback and inquiries with confidence via phone and email.
- Ensure that all recovery actions are aligned with the Recovery Matrix and appropriate to the feedback received.
- Exhibit proficiency in using IT equipment and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Thorpe Park, including our brand values, target audience, products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a broad awareness of the Merlin Entertainments Group.
- Take on additional responsibilities during peak periods of the season.
- Keep work areas organized and clean throughout the day, ensuring any necessary cleaning tasks are completed as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to efficiently complete tasks both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
