Customer Account Director

Job Summary:
The Talent Crowd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for leading and managing clients across various sectors, both B2C and B2B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client relationships to drive business growth and account development.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Account Managers/Execs to ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in client services, with a strong focus on account management and business development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
