Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning, promoting independence and dignity.
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, as required.
- Enhanced Adult and Child DBS clearance.
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).
