About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, as required.
  • Enhanced Adult and Child DBS clearance.
