About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people in our care.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. This will involve creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth and development.

You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Encourage independence, personal growth, and development in residents
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54 (dependent on experience/qualifications) and a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced DBS checks and access to our Learning & Development Team.

We are committed to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care. All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years.
