About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to children and young people
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging and supporting children and young people to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
