About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Development Department as a Retail Development Advisor. This role is fundamental to our company strategy and involves developing and building strong commercial relationships with our existing estate of independent retail owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mutually agreed joint business plans with retail owners
  • Ensure all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved
  • Identify opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets
  • Work with our trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate
  • Manage your time effectively and deliver projects to tight deadlines

Requirements

This role requires the successful candidate to hold a full UK driving licence.
