Group Financial Controller Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Controller to join our team at a financial advisor company. As a Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading and managing finance inputs into the evolving and increasing complexity of products, technology infrastructure, and expansion in the overseas market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the business to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in an SME or group of businesses.
  • Exposure to project accounting and change management programs, including new systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
