About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display and merchandising of products within our client's stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in merchandising and retail: You will have a deep understanding of merchandising principles and be able to apply them to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Compliance and standards: You will be responsible for adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines, as well as ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
  • Product placement and replenishment: You will be responsible for arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and point of sale setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong communication and relationship building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
